Yield: 5 or 6 servings (about 1 cup each).
1 pound ground beef
1 pound Ground Turkey
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes, (28 ounces)
1 can tomato sauce, (8 ounces)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1 can kidney beans, drained, (15 1/2 ounces)
In large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes (with liquid) and remaining ingredients except kidney beans.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir in kidney beans; heat through.
